Me. Walid Jamil Merhej is the Founder and Managing Partner of Walid Merhej Law Firm (WMLF). He advises local and international clients on complex corporate, banking and finance, real estate, and wealth management matters, and others, with a strong focus on cross-border work across the Middle East and Europe.
Having practiced in France, Cyprus, Ukraine, Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Lebanon, he brings a truly international outlook and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to each mandate.
In addition to leading the firm's strategic direction and client relationships, Walid frequently acts as a professional mediator, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and discreetly.
